Getting Started
What is KontentFire?
KontentFire is an AI-powered social media automation platform that helps businesses create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
How do I create an account?
Visit app.kontentfire.com and click "Sign Up" to create your account. The Free plan needs no credit card — you can start creating posts right away.
Do I need technical skills to use KontentFire?
No technical skills required. KontentFire is designed to be user-friendly with an intuitive interface. Simply connect your social accounts, choose a template, and let AI do the heavy lifting.
How long does it take to set up?
Most users complete setup in under 10 minutes. Connect your social accounts, set your brand preferences, and you're ready to create content.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes — Free Forever. $0/month, no credit card required, 1 post per week, 1 connected social platform. Upgrade to Spark ($19/month) for 100 credits and all connected platforms, or Blaze ($99/month) for 500 credits and priority support.

What plans are available?
Three plans: Free Forever ($0/month, 1 post per week, 1 connected platform, no credit card), Spark ($19/month, 100 credits, all connected platforms) for solo creators, and Blaze ($99/month, 500 credits) for small teams. See the pricing page for the full feature breakdown.
How do credits work?
Each post you create uses credits — same for every plan. A text-only post is 1 credit. A post with one image is 3 credits (1 for text + 2 for the image). Carousel slides add 2 credits each. Regenerating a post uses another credit. Spark gives you 100 credits a month, Blaze gives you 500. On the Free plan you start with 0 and can top up at $1 per credit any time. Can I change my plan later?
Yes — any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can also cancel and stay on the Free plan from the same screen.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processor. The Free plan needs no payment method at all.
Is there a refund policy?
Email support within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it, no questions asked. After that, refunds are case-by-case — we want to hear from you either way.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Top up at $1 per credit any time (no minimum, charged instantly), or upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits. Your scheduled content will continue to publish — the throttle only blocks NEW content generation.
Features & Usage
Which AI models does KontentFire use?
KontentFire uses multiple AI models including GPT-4, Claude by Anthropic, and Perplexity for research. For image generation, we integrate with DALL-E and Stable Diffusion.
How many social accounts can I connect?
Free can connect 1 platform. Spark and Blaze can connect all of them — Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. There is no per-paid-plan account-count cap on top of that.
Can I schedule content in advance?
Yes! You can schedule content weeks or months in advance. Our calendar view makes it easy to plan and visualize your content strategy.
What content templates are available?
We offer templates including Battle Royale comparisons, Myth Busters, How-To guides, Checklists, Case Studies, Industry News, and more. New templates are added regularly.
Can I customize the AI-generated content?
Absolutely. You can edit any AI-generated content before publishing, set brand voice guidelines, and the AI learns from your preferences over time.

What happens if I don't like the AI-generated content?
You have full control. Review, edit, or regenerate any content before it publishes. You can also set up approval workflows so nothing goes live without your review. Our AI learns from your edits to improve future content.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance.
Do you store my social media credentials?
No. We use OAuth authentication provided by each platform. Your passwords are never stored on our servers.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Data deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days.
Do you sell user data?
Never. Your data is yours. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
