Quick answers about plans, credits, and how it all works.

How do credits work?
Each post you create uses credits. A text-only post is 1 credit. A post with one image is 3 credits (1 for the text + 2 for the image). A carousel slide is +2 credits each. Regenerating a post uses another credit. Your monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, and you can top up anytime at $1 per credit if you run out.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Top up at $1 per credit, no minimum, charged instantly. Or upgrade to a higher plan and the proration happens automatically through Stripe. The Free plan works the same way — top up at $1 per credit when you need to generate. The 1-post-per-week publishing cap on Free is separate from credits.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can also cancel and stay on the Free plan from the same screen.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account. You are not charged again, your account moves to the Free plan, and you keep your account and your posts.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are not refundable as a rule. If something went wrong with a charge, or you are not happy with KontentFire, email support@kontentfire.com and we will look at it case by case. You can cancel any time, and you are not charged again.
Which social platforms are supported?
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn today. We post on your behalf via each platform's official API, so connected accounts stay yours and you can disconnect anytime. More platforms are on the roadmap.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, two ways. The Free plan is $0 forever: 1 post per week, 1 connected platform, no credit card required. Or try a paid plan free for 7 days: you add a card when you start, and it is only charged if you keep the plan after the 7-day trial.
What if I need more than Blaze offers?
Email support and we'll set you up with the credit volume you need.
